The hotel's location was superb. Being right by Ginza, it was very convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us with any questions or concerns we had. And lastly, the breakfast, although simple, was surprisingly delicious and filling, especially the warmed pastries and buns.
Everything was great and nothing majorly stood out as needing improvement.

Located close to a popular shopping street, this hotel offers a great location for travelers. The staff are polite and helpful, and the rooms are fully equipped, clean, and comfortable. Guests have access to free coffee and tea throughout the day and can choose from a variety of healthcare products. Some rooms have a view and there are Indian restaurants nearby.
The rooms may not be spacious enough for families with large luggage.

The hotel offered a handy cellphone with internet access, which was a helpful feature. the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. the key location of the hotel made it convenient to access the train station and nearby convenience stores.
The bathrooms were extremely small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. the rooms were also quite small, which was expected in Japan, but still felt cramped.

Great Value for Money & Ideal Location! For the price paid, the facilities are outstanding. Two complementary facts included a scrumptious breakfast consisting of buns and pastry, and a drink bar all, day long. the location of this place is ideal , central to the main Ginza hub and stations. the twin bed room was clean and well, maintained, providing a comfortable stay.

The hotel offers a fantastic location, with easy access to multiple metro stations and the city's main shopping area. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. One more advantage is the option to borrow a cellphone with internet access, which came in handy during our city break.
While we expected the rooms to be small, the bathroom was extremely cramped, making it difficult to move around. the breakfast was basic, with limited options and not much room to sit and enjoy it.
